Located in Villaggio Smeraldo, 2 km from the centre of San Teodoro and about 3 km from the famous beach of La Cinta, Casa Smeraldo is a perfect combination of tranquillity and comfort.

Its elevated position affords a panoramic view of the Gulf of San Teodoro, offering an oasis of relaxation just a few minutes' drive from the main services and numerous attractions in the area.


Designed for maximum comfort, Casa Smeraldo is built on two inverted levels:
the upper floor (street level) consists of a large, bright living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, one bathroom and a panoramic terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets.

On the lower floor, the internal stairs lead to the sleeping area, which consists of three spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, from where there is access to a large furnished courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the open air.
The courtyard leads to a separate suite with an additional double bedroom and private bathroom, perfect for those seeking more privacy.

The house offers:
- modern induction cooker with fridge and freezer

- washing machine (with iron and ironing board)
- 3 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer
- air conditioning (1 split in each room)

Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra charge of € 50 per stay is required for cleaning.


We like it because it includes in the fees:
electricity, water, gas, first supply of bathroom and bed linen and final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest before check-out).

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- tourist tax: varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations
- deposit: € 300 in cash or by card. The deposit will be delivered to the flat 48 h after the flat has been checked by bank transfer or credit card
- cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the client, otherwise € 30 will be charged
- it is specified that separate waste collection is carried out in this complex and that waste is placed in special containers

Additional optional services available upon request and to be paid on-site:
- animals: € 50 per stay
- bed and bathroom linen: € 15 per person per change
- extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- baby cot: € 5 per day (for baby cot brought by the client no extra charge)
- baby seat per table: € 3 per day
- for arrivals outside opening hours: if pre-announced and if before 24:00 supplement of € 25, if unannounced and after 24.00, possibility of entry only the following day
