Holiday Apartment Il Corbezzolo is located in the panoramic area of ​​San Teodoro on the Citai hill at the end of a small private road. You will be greeted by a garden on various levels where there is a built-in barbecue and, via a few steps, you will arrive on the sun terrace equipped with table and chairs for eating outside, from which you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the splendid gulf of San Teodoro and on the island of Tavolara.
The terrace leads to the living room with a comfortable sofa and television and to the kitchen equipped with 4 burners and oven, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a comfortable bedroom with bunk beds, the whole is completed by a 4-element bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The parking space is located on the street.

The rates include water, electricity and gas consumption, final cleaning and first supply of bed linen and towels.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- EXTRA Bed and bath linen: €15 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 00h00 supplement of € 25, if not warned and after 00h00 possibility of entry only the following day.
