Casa Pustinu Three-room apartment in San Teodoro with air conditioning

A splendid panoramic view of the hills of San Teodoro, Casa Pustinu is located in the center of the village, about 1,300 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala D'Ambra.

Casa Pustinu has an independent entrance, a small but charming private garden where we find a staircase that leads directly to the first floor with a terrace equipped with table and chairs. The house consists of a living room with sofa and two armchairs, a large equipped kitchen, sleeping area with two large bedrooms, one double and the other twin with two low beds, bathroom with shower.

Spacious and well furnished, the house is equipped with:
- tv
- kitchenette with crockery, cutlery and oven
- washing machine
- masonry barbecue
- small private garden
- large terrace equipped with table and chairs
- air conditioning
- outdoor table and chairs
- private covered parking space

The rates include electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, final cleaning and first supply of bed linen and towels.

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- Bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 24:00 supplement of € 25, if not warned and after 24:00 possibility of entry only the following day.
