It offers three-room apartments with private entrances, free Wi-Fi, private parking, ceiling or table fans, balconies or covered verandas, and a garden. A washing machine is also available. Pets are welcome.

The Puntaldia Golf Course is just a few hundred meters away.

In the small hamlets of Lu Fraili and Puntaldia, you can find various amenities, such as kiosks/bazaars, markets, restaurants, and pizzerias. About 4 km away, in the center of San Teodoro, you'll find a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, newsstands, a pharmacy, nightclubs, sports facilities, and horseback riding.

We like it because the rates include:
- electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette), and bed linens and towels.

COSTS TO BE PAID LOCALLY
- Cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes, and kitchen utensils is the responsibility of the guest; otherwise, a €25 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Security deposit: €200 per apartment.

Additional optional services upon request, to be paid locally.
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- Change of bed linen and towels: €15 per person per change.
- Crib: €5 per day (no extra charge for a crib brought by the guest - max. 1 per apartment).
- Child's high chair: €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside of opening hours: if notified and before midnight, a €25 surcharge applies. If not notified and after midnight, arrival is possible only the following day.

- The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged.
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.

- Pets: €50 per stay.

- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement for a cot brought by the client, max 1 per apartment).
