La Mendula, located on the corner of Via Golfo Aranci and Via Calabria, opposite the children's playground, is a semi-detached house consisting of two three-room apartments just 400 metres from the centre and 1200 metres from La Cinta beach.
Each apartment is on the ground floor and has a corner garden and a private parking space; through the veranda, equipped with a garden table and chairs, you enter the new kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven and a flat-screen TV. The corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and washing machine and the two bedrooms, one double with air conditioning and one twin with a bunk bed, ideal for children.
They are equipped with:
- kitchenette with crockery and cutlery
- TV
- washing machine
- oven
- air conditioning (included in rates)
- ground floor with veranda equipped with table and chairs
- unattended car park
We like it because:
rates include electricity water gas, first supply of bed linen and towels, final cleaning and air conditioning.
Your four-legged friends are welcome, there is an extra charge of € 50 per stay for cleaning the apartment.
Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the client, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- deposit € 200 per apartment (the deposit will be 'delivered to your home 48 hours after the inspection of the apartment by bank transfer or credit card)
Additional optional services on request to be paid on-site:
- animals € 50 per stay
- bed and bathroom linen € 15 per person per change
- extra bed not available
- baby cot € 5 per day (for baby cot brought by the client no extra charge - max 1 per apartment)
- child's table seat € 3 per day
- for arrivals outside opening hours: if pre-announced and if before 24.00 supplement of € 30, if not pre-announced and after 24.00 the entrance is possible only the following day.
