The La Padula complex is located just a 5-minute walk from the historic and lively center of San Teodoro. Consisting of only 4 apartments, entirely surrounded by gardens and private parking space for each apartment, it guarantees tranquility at night despite its proximity to the centre.

In the shared garden, a bbq area with seating.
On the ground floor there are two two-room apartments sleeping 4 and a three-room apartment sleeping 4, on the first floor a three-room apartment sleeping 4, all equipped with:
- tv
- floor or table fan
- oven
- washing machine
- outdoor veranda with garden table and chairs for outdoor dining.
- the three-room apartment on the first floor has bunk beds in the second bedroom.

We like it because, included in the quotas:
- consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and first supply of bed linen and towels.

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Extra bed not available
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 24:00 supplement of € 25, if not warned and after 24:00 possibility of entry only the following day.

Located on the ground floor with garden and large terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, they are spacious and well furnished. They are equipped with:

Living room with kitchenette, double or twin sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
We like it because, included in the quotas:
- consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and first supply of bed linen and towels.

Your four-legged friends are welcome,a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.
