Le Canne

The Le Canne residential complex extends over a large area on the edge of the town, in a splendid position, about 250-900 meters from the sea.

San Teodoro is located about 600/800 meters, a dynamic and energetic town, has beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters, offers many services and shops of various kinds.

It consists of apartments located in small complexes in the immediate vicinity of the fabulous La Cinta beach, which can be reached with a short walk, functionally furnished according to the taste of the individual owners, and equipped with:
- kitchenette
- tv
- washing machine
- ceiling or table fan
- services with shower
- garden and covered veranda if on the ground floor (equipped with garden table and chairs)
- balcony if on the first floor (equipped with garden table and chairs)
- car parks adjacent to the apartments
- free wi-fi service only at the reception office

Thanks also to the proximity of a playground and a riding school, the complex has become a favorite destination for families.

Four-legged friends are welcome with a supplement of €50 per stay for cleaning the apartment

We like it because, included in the quotas:
- consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and first supply of bed linen and towels.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Extra bed not available
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 00h00 supplement of € 25, if not forewarned and after 00h00 possibility of entry only the following day.
