Molly's Garden House

Molly's Garden House is located in a strategic position just 100 meters from the center of San Teodoro and 1200 meters from La Cinta beach, at the end of a small closed road.
The apartment is on the ground floor with a garden equipped with an outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue and a veranda equipped with table and chairs.
Very cared for in the furnishings, it is composed of a living room and separate kitchenette.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and another twin bedroom, further bathroom.
The parking space is located on the street.

It is equipped with:

- air conditioning included in the rates
- washing machine
- free wifi
- large terrace equipped with garden table and chairs
- unattended street parking
Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

The prices include consumption of water, electricity and gas, final cleaning and first supply of bed linen and towels.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise €25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Further optional services on request to be paid on site
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- Extra bed and bathroom linen: €15 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: €5 per day (no supplement for cot brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table: €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if notified in advance and before midnight, a supplement of €25 is payable. If not notified and after midnight, entry is possible only on the following day.
