Casa Li Banditi is situated in a quiet area 1.5 km from the centre of San Teodoro and about 2 km from the famous La Cinta beach. Its strategic location, just a few minutes away from the main services and numerous attractions in the area, offers the perfect balance between comfort and relaxation.


Casa Li Banditi is a comfortable two-room apartment of about 54 square meters on the ground floor with a double outdoor area at the front and back of the house. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds.

At the front of the house there is a veranda with table and chairs, while at the back there is a relaxation area with garden chairs, outdoor shower and barbecue, ideal for spending pleasant moments outdoors.

The house has:
- induction cooker with fridge and freezer
- electric oven
- washing machine
- tv
- air conditioning (2 splits: one in the living room and one in the double bedroom)
- bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- veranda furnished with table and chairs
- patio at the back furnished with garden chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower
- free parking on the street


Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra charge of € 50 per stay is required for cleaning.

Convenient bus stop about 200 metres away; supermarket and other essential services 1 km away.


We like it because it includes in the fees:
electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, first supply of bathroom and bed linen and final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest before check-out).

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- tourist tax: varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations
- deposit: € 200 in cash or by card. The deposit will be delivered to the flat 48 h after the flat has been checked by bank transfer or credit card
- cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the client, otherwise € 30 will be charged
- it is specified that separate waste collection is carried out in this complex and that waste is placed in special containers

Additional optional services available upon request and to be paid on-site:
- animals: € 50 per stay
- bed and bathroom linen: € 15 per person per change
- extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- baby cot: € 5 per day (for baby cot brought by the client no extra charge)
- baby seat per table: € 3 per day
- for arrivals outside opening hours: if pre-announced and if before 24:00 supplement of € 25, if unannounced and after 24.00, possibility of entry only the following day
