Domo Magenta Three rooms

Domo Magenta is located in a quiet area near the center of San Teodoro.
Through the planted garden you arrive on an enclosed veranda where the sitting room has been arranged, here there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
Beyond the living room is the large eat-in kitchen equipped with dining area, TV, microwave and dishwasher.
Through a veranda door you arrive on the rear patio furnished with table and chairs and solar outdoor shower.
In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom and a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Parking space on the street

They are equipped with :
- TV
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Equipped outdoor area and solar shower
- Microwave oven
- Ceiling fan on veranda

We like it because, included in the quotas:
- consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and first supply of bed linen and towels.

PETS NOT ALLOWED

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Extra bed not available
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 12.00 pm supplement of € 25, if not forewarned and after 12.00 am possibility of entry only the following day.
