L'Avru Case Vacanze in a good position, consists of apartments in small complexes located just 700 meters from the beach of La Cinta. The apartments are spacious and well furnished, arranged on the ground floor have garden and veranda.

COSTS TO PAY ON THE SPOT
- The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged.
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 12.00 pm supplement of € 25, if not forewarned and after 12.00 pm, possibility of arrival only the following day.

Casa Lucky is located within the Avru Village on Vicolo Avru, about 500 meters from La Cinta beach and about 1,000 meters from the lively center of San Teodoro.
It is located on the ground floor and features a fully fenced private garden to the rear, a comfortable front veranda with a table and chairs, and a cozy patio to the rear.
It comprises a living room with a sofa bed and TV area, a comfortable dining area leading to the kitchen, a bright double bedroom, a comfortable twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE
- Cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes, and kitchen utensils is the responsibility of the guest; otherwise, a €25 charge will be applied.
- Security deposit: €200 per apartment. The security deposit will be returned to your home address 48 hours after the apartment has been inspected and paid by bank transfer or credit card.

PETS NOT ALLOWED

- Additional optional services upon request, payable on site:
- Change of bed linen and towels: €15 per person per change.
- Extra bed not available.
- Crib: €5 per day (no supplement for a crib brought by the guest, max. 1 per apartment).
- Child's high chair for the table: €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside of opening hours: if notified and before midnight, there is a €25 surcharge. If not notified and after midnight, entry will only be possible the following day.
