Holiday Apartment La Ginestra is located on the first floor of a small complex with an independent entrance, about 1200 meters from the beautiful La Cinta beach.

Composed of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bedroom with two lower beds, bathroom with shower. Covered terrace and further terrace with table and chairs and beautiful view of Tavolara.

Spacious and well furnished, equipped with:
- kitchenette with crockery, cutlery and oven
- double door fridge
- tv
- oven
- fan standing
- washing machine
- large terrace equipped with garden table and chairs
- another equipped terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the island of Tavolara
- unattended car park

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- Extra Bed and bath linen: €15 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 24:00 supplement of € 25, if not warned and after 24:00 possibility of entry only the following day.
