Der Komplex La Padula liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom historischen und lebhaften Zentrum von San Teodoro entfernt. Bestehend aus nur 4 Apartments, vollständig umgeben von Gärten und eigenem Parkplatz für jedes Apartment, garantiert es trotz seiner Nähe zum Zentrum nachts Ruhe.

Im gemeinsamen Garten ein Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheiten.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Zweizimmerwohnungen für 4 Personen und eine Dreizimmerwohnung für 4 Personen, im ersten Stock eine Dreizimmerwohnung für 4 Personen, alle ausgestattet mit:
- Fernseher
- Boden- oder Tischventilator
- Ofen
- Waschmaschine
- Veranda im Freien mit Gartentisch und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien.
- Die Dreizimmerwohnung im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Etagenbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer.

Der Preis beeinhaltet:
- Verbrauch von Strom, Wasser, Gas, Endreinigung (ausgenommen Kochnische) und Erstausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.

Ihre Haustiere sind willkommen, für die Wohnungsreinigung wird ein Aufpreis von 50 € pro Aufenthalt erhoben.

KOSTEN VOR ORT ZU BEZAHLEN
Die Reinigung der Küchenzeile, des Geschirrs und der Küchenausstattung obliegt dem Kunden, ansonsten werden 25 € verrechnet
- Kaution: 200 € pro Wohnung. Die Kaution wird Ihnen 48 Stunden nach Abnahme des Apartments per Banküberweisung oder Kreditkarte nach Hause geliefert.
Zusätzliche optionale Leistungen auf Anfrage vor Ort zu zahlen
- Haustiere: 50 € pro Aufenthalt.
- Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher: 15 € pro Person pro Wechsel.
- Zustellbett nicht verfügbar
- Kinderbett: 5 € pro Tag (kein Zuschlag pro vom Kunden mitgebrachtes Kinderbett - max. 1 pro Wohnung).
- Kindersitz pro Tisch : 3 € pro Tag.
- Bei Anreise außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten: bei Vorwarnung und vor 24:00 Uhr Zuschlag von 25 €, bei Nichtvorwarnung und nach 24:00 Uhr Einreisemöglichkeit erst am Folgetag.

Your four-legged friends are welcome,a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged.
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
