Pedra Rosa Holiday House for families

Holiday Apartment Pedra Rosa is located a few steps from the beautiful La Cinta beach.

San Teodoro is located about 1000 meters above sea level, a lively and dynamic town, which has expanded over the years by offering numerous services and activities to make the tourist experience a 360-degree beach holiday.

Pedra Rosa consists of simply furnished apartments, located 500 meters from the sea, equipped with:
- kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven
- free wifi
- tv
- washing machine
- air conditioning/heating
- garden and veranda equipped with garden table and chairs if on the ground floor
- balcony equipped with garden table and chairs if on the first floor
- unguarded car park

We like it because, included in the quotas:
- consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and first supply of bed linen and towels

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Extra bed not available
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before midnight, a supplement of € 25, if not forewarned and after 00h00 possibility of entry only the following day.
