The apartment is located on the first floor of a complex of only five apartments, just 600 meters from La Cinta beach.
It is accessed via an external staircase and you reach a large terrace equipped with table and chairs.
Composed of large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two low beds (not joinable), bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is an outdoor area with a small private garden.
With:
- Satellite TV
- Washing machine
- Oven and microwave
- Air conditioning
- Small balcony
- Outdoor table and chairs
Unattended parking space on the street

Rates include electricity, water, gas, air conditioning and final cleaning and first supply of bed linen and towels.

Your four-legged friends are welcome,a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- Pets: €50 per stay.
- Extra Bed and bath linen: €15 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 00h00 supplement of € 25, if not forewarned and after 00h00 possibility of entry only the following day.
